DJ AG is Ashley Gordon, born in 1985 in Tottenham, north London. He started at sixteen as an MC under the name Untitled in the grime scene, was part of the Infamous Killers crew alongside Black the Ripper, appeared on the internet stations Heat FM and Axe FM, and released the mixtapes Misconceptions in 2008 and Mind Warp in 2009. He left a full-time sales manager job to DJ, began streaming online in 2022, and from 2023 moved his sets outdoors - carrying decks, sound, lights and cameras to squares, car parks, housing estates and high streets from Stratford to Brixton to Camden High Street and even outside Buckingham Palace, effectively making the street his broadcast studio. His live streams have drawn in Skepta, Will Smith, Ciara and Beenie Man. He was named Time Out Londoner of the Year in 2024 and won the UK Entertainment Award for Best Social Impact in 2025, and has gone from street sets to headlining his own summer festival.
