Dirty Nice are a duo who blur the lines between music, art and escapism, describing what they make as tunes 'n' toons. Alongside the songs they voice and animate an entire recurring cast of eccentric characters themselves, using quick hand-drawn animation, and their visual world extends well beyond music videos into comics and short films. Their sound has been described as MGMT's day-glo pop meeting the Flaming Lips' psychedelic theatrics with a distinctly British eccentricity. Currently split between London and Lisbon, they have grown a cult following into the hundreds of thousands online, and released their third album 'Planet Weekend' through Chiverin Records.
