Andy 'The Crooner' Marshall is a Cornish singer who bills himself as the original Cornish Crooner, a songster from a bygone era. He learned the fundamentals of swing from his father, a professional drummer, and played drums for dance bands and military bands before joining Jerri Hart and Andy Brodie in the internationally touring show band The Rhythm Doctors, who worked through the 1990s and went their separate ways in 2003. He then turned to a solo career, mastering an authentic crooning style and taking audiences back to the age of dance halls and Vegas lounges with standards including 'Come Fly with Me', 'Night and Day' and 'Unforgettable'. He also fronts the seven-piece big band The Swing Empire.
